Ed designs and leads sustainability initiatives locally and internationally. He is currently working with the Asia Foundation in Mongolia on a sustainable development and environmental protection program focusing on mining. In his former role at the Vermont Sustainable Jobs Fund, he led innovative market building programs, and managed grant making and finances. Ed has helped initiate and assist more than a dozen business networks and non-profit organizations with strategic planning, fund raising, market development, business planning, program evaluation and organizational development. As guest speaker and workshop presenter, Ed brings his passion for sustainability to those wanting to learn how to create healthy businesses, organizations and communities. In 1997, the W.K. Kellogg Foundation recognized Ed's leadership in the sustainable development field by awarding him a fellowship in the Kellogg National Leadership Program.
